Services

Augmented Webcraft provides software engineering and technical consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are typically issued on project milestones or monthly for ongoing work. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code and assets created for their project. Open-source components retain their original licences.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Augmented Webcraft's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
